STAIRS FOR PETS? Dogs and cats do not like stairs! It is very difficult for our furry friends to attempt to climb stairs, particularly if they are currently experiencing joint swelling, dysplasia, arthritis & pain. It is most difficult for them to bring their back legs onto another level, which further causes pain and injury. The gradual slope of a ramp, is the answer, for it allows the pet to slowly, walk up the PetSTEP, at their own pace. Do not wait till your pet is old, becomes injured or can no longer get to their favorite place. We recommend you never let your pet jump up or down from difficult places, start them on a PetSTEP at a young age.
